I am going to have at least 80 babies this month. So it's not necessarily a shock to me.
HOWEVER.
I would never be able to handle keeping 80 babies, and taming all of them properly, and keeping them all happy and healthy.

I usually cull at least half of the number down. And it's UNUSUAL for me to produce that many mice in one month. The mice just all decided to get frisky at about the same time in the mouse-room this go-round, so they all seem to be birthing at the same time. :)

Having 80 EACH and EVERY month, is far too many, unless you are breeding strictly for feeders, in which case you really don't need to handle them. (unfortunately. ): )

I never said I bred to "show mice". PLEASE leave me alone, I show RABBITS and do not belong on this site at all, let alone slandered for breeding a few "show stock" mice, I was given. I couldn't find any show breeders in my area so I kept them, pedigrees and all!

I only have 80 pups per month, and don't breed again for about 3-4 months...each mom has 15 pups. That is only 5 litters. I don't breed hundreds, like most.

Leave me be...I don't belong on a site like this, I show RABBITS...that's what my whole site is about, NOT MICE AT ALL. I only put the mice on webpage, because I like seeing them go to "pet homes". GEEZE. Feeders are my white mice, not pictured.

The show breeder i bought from suggested this site, so I put it as a link on my webpage.

OK, that's it.

Becka, you are a feeder breeder, that is obvious. As such, it is not recommended that anyone buy as pets from you for many, many reasons. That is not slander, it is simple fact. The other fact that you were passing off these feeders as "Show" or any kind of pedigreed mice is what makes adopting from you an iffy venture. You should know this since you breed and show rabbits. Any animal bred without true knowledge is not breeding so much as putting boys and girls together to get babies. They may make great pets, but are not more then they are....which is untracked mice, no better than what you would find in a pet shop.

No one is bothering you, no one is slandering you (which, btw, is an incorrect term...this is in writing therefore called "libel", but that is beside the point). You are right in that you do not belong here, as feeder breeding and milling mice as you are doing is against our rules.

We at TFM wish you much luck in your endeavors, but we do wish you wouldn't take things so personally. After-all, if you choose to feeder-breed, that is your choice, but you cannot be upset when other people who work hard on their programs to develop tracked lines call you on it. You have to accept what you are and all that comes with it, including what it means to adopt out mice that do not have fully tracked lines to others. Your website is misleading, and could potentially fool a person looking for quality mice into thinking you were breeding such mice.

Additionally, since you breed rabbits and your focus is apparently not mice, I suggest you be the one to let this go. After-all, we had...until your latest response here, the last comment made on their thread was almost an entire month ago.
